Our Process

This document outlines the transactions journey from origination to repayment. Upon obtaining a signed agreement from the business, the following actions should be taken:

1. Scan the QR code and submit the request via text. Please ensure that the request originates from the phone number associated with the account.

2. The employee will receive and return the signed loan agreement along with the payroll deduction authorization form.

3. Upon receipt of these documents, the employee’s loan will be funded.

4. Immediately following the funding, the reimbursement form will be emailed to the employer for processing.

5. Payments must be made on time for continuity in the program
